I/We am a person with social commitment and democratic consciousness.
I/We stand in strong solidarity with every person who has faced sexual violence. We listen to them and stand with them without prejudice.
I/We recognise that sexual violence is an exercise of patriarchal power, and that silence and fear strengthen that power. I/We will raise our voice against this misuse of power and fight injustice.
Dignity in the workplace is a human right. I/We recognise that power in the workplace is not the right to commit violence — it is a responsibility for equal justice.
When investigations into workplace sexual violence are underway, I/We will remain vigilant to ensure that the accused do not remain in positions of power, and that institutions function transparently, independently, and justly.
I/We pledge that caste, religion, class, sexuality, physical characteristics, or employment status shall not become standards for delivering justice — and that the safety and dignity of survivors shall be ensured.
I/We will question any form of assault against gender justice — at home, at the workplace, and in society.
As part of the ZeTo people's movement — which declares zero tolerance to sexual violence — I/We pledge to fight for dignity, equality, and justice; for safe workplaces; and for the democratic and political rights of all people, regardless of gender.

ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രതിബദ്ധതയും ജനാധിപത്യ ബോധവുമുള്ള മനുഷ്യനാണ്/മനുഷ്യരാണ്.
ലൈംഗികാക്രമണം നേരിട്ട ഓരോരുത്തരോടും ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ ശക്തമായി ഐക്യപ്പെടുന്നു. അവരെ കേൾക്കുകയും മുൻവിധികളില്ലാതെ ഒപ്പം നിൽക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
ലൈംഗികാക്രമണം പുരുഷാധികാരത്തിന്റെ പ്രയോഗമാണെന്നും നിശബ്ദതയും ഭയവും അധികാരത്തെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണെന്നും ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നു. ആ ദുരധികാരത്തിനെതിരെ ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ ശബ്ദമുയർത്തുകയും അനീതിക്കെതിരെ പോരാടുകയും ചെയ്യും.
തൊഴിലിടത്തിലെ അന്തസ്സ് മനുഷ്യരുടെ അവകാശമാണ്. അതിലെ അധികാരം, അതിക്രമത്തിനുള്ള അവകാശമല്ല, തുല്യനീതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമാണ് എന്നും ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നു.
തൊഴിലിടത്തിലെ ലൈംഗികാക്രമണത്തിനു മേൽ അന്വേഷണം നടക്കുമ്പോൾ, ആരോപണവിധേയർ അധികാരത്തിൽ തുടരാതിരിക്കാനും സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ സുതാര്യമായും സ്വതന്ത്രമായും നീതിപൂർവമായും പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്താനും ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ ജാഗ്രത പുലർത്തും.
ജാതി, മതം, വർഗം, ലൈംഗികത, ശാരീരികമായ പ്രത്യേകതകൾ, തൊഴിൽനില എന്നിവയൊന്നും നീതി നിർവ്വഹണത്തിനുള്ള മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളാവാതിരിക്കാനും, ആക്രമണം നേരിട്ടവരുടെ സുരക്ഷയും അന്തസ്സും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്താനും, ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധരായിരിക്കും.
ലിംഗനീതിക്കെതിരായ ഏതുതരം ആക്രമണങ്ങളേയും വീട്ടിലും ജോലിസ്ഥലത്തും സമൂഹത്തിലും ഞാൻ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യും.
ലൈംഗികാക്രമണങ്ങളോട് വിട്ടുവീഴ്ചയില്ലെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്ന സീറോ ടോളറൻസ് ജനകീയ മുന്നേറ്റത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി — അന്തസ്സിനും സമത്വത്തിനും നീതിക്കുമായി, സുരക്ഷിതമായ തൊഴിലിടങ്ങൾക്കായി, ലിംഗഭേദമില്ലാതെ എല്ലാ മനുഷ്യരുടെയും ജനാധിപത്യ, രാഷ്ട്രീയ അവകാശങ്ങൾക്കായി പോരാടുമെന്ന് ഞാൻ/ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്യുന്നു.
